Welcome to First Service Plumbing & Drains LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By hiring our plumbing services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We provide residential plumbing services, including but not limited to:

Installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
Drain cleaning and inspection
Pipe repairs and replacements
Water heater installation and repair
Leak detection and repair
Installation, repair, and certification of gas piping systems

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of our services at any time.

2. Service Scheduling

Services will be provided at the agreed-upon date and time. You may reschedule or cancel appointments by notifying us at least 2 hours in advance.
Services will be scheduled within a 2-hour appointment window.
We utilize text messaging and email for appointment confirmations, reminders, dispatch alerts, invoice deliveries, and job completion surveys.
If no one is available at the scheduled time and a technician has been dispatched, a service fee may be charged.

3. Payment

Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
We accept Zelle, credit cards, checks, and cash.
Net 10 billing is available for some clients (contractors, landlords, etc.).
Finance options are available for qualified customers.

4. Estimates and Quotes

All official estimates will be provided in writing via email or regular mail.
Verbal quotes are not legally binding.
Any verbal or written estimates are based on initial assessments. The final cost may vary depending on the actual work required.
You will be notified of any changes to the estimated price before proceeding with additional work.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We offer a 30-day warranty on drain cleaning services.
A 90-day warranty on labor and a manufacturer warranty on parts installed by us are provided.
- If any issue arises within this period, we will inspect and resolve it at no additional labor charge.
Our warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors beyond our control.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your plumbing system and any issues you are experiencing.
Ensure the work area is accessible and free from safety hazards.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for plumbing work.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services will be limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.
We are not responsible for damages or losses caused by unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, acts of God, or pre-existing plumbing issues.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use your personal information only for providing services, processing payments, and communicating about your plumbing needs.
We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or necessary for processing transactions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any contract or service agreement at any time if there are violations of these Terms and Conditions or if payment is not made.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after modifications indicates acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
